PARK AVENUE

Park Avenue is a mixed use development housing 98 apartments over five storeys. Andy was Project Manager of this development, with full co-ordination of the first large scale precast development for the company. This involved building permit application, forward works implementation of demolition, early trades procurement, methodology of construction, and design co-ordination of the precast.
