One on Aberdeen was a Joint Venture with WA State Government's Department of Housing and Diploma Properties. This inner city complex houses 161 apartments and seven commercial tenancies. Andy joined this project on Level three, and managed four site managers and over 100 personnel. Andy was involved in all facets of the construction, co-ordinating and managed the full logistics of the site with two tower cranes. Andy then took the lead role of Project Director and successfully delivered the project two months ahead of programme.

This development was named Australia's best affordable housing development at the 2016 National Property Council of Australia Innovation and Excellence Awards.
