TIME AND COST SAVED
Andy was the Developer/Builders Project Manager on the $16M, five storied, 41-unit Chelsea project in Perth. This top/down construction saved the developer three months in programme, effectively saving $350,000 in interest and P&G.
DEVELOPER BONUS ACHIEVED
Andy was the Developer/Builders Project Manager, and successfully delivered a $40M, 13 storied, 161 apartment development in Perth. An early completion bonus of $800,000 was achieved, all whilst navigating a new construction environment and compliance process.
DAMAGES AVOIDED
Andy was the contractors PM on the $10.5M, 13,000m2 Cadbury Distribution Centre. This was delivered in a remarkable six months through detailed planning with all stakeholders. Potential delay costs were avoided and the tenant moved in as planned.
EARLY SETTLEMENT AND QUALITY
Andy was the developers PM on the salt development. This had a difficult civil and build staging, but with strong communication and problem solving skills with the contractors, consultants and council, we achieved staged handovers of the eight buildings allowing earlier settlements.
