This high-end development included 20 commercial tenancies across the first two levels and 34 apartments above. This was an extremely challenging project with a two level basement top/down methodology, tight time frames, limited site access, and restrictive mobile crane provision. Andy managed the procurement of all packages. Cost control and client/consultant liaison were managed through the various mechanisms of reporting, forecasting and variation management. Andy developed the intricate top/down methodology and staging, and then developed and monitored the construction program. Andy managed the review and approval of all services, lifts, AFS and insulated wall paneling shop drawings.
