Drive coordinates and manages the consultant design briefs and facilitaton at all levels throughout the process.
CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
Drive handles the procurement, programming, planning and engagement of the build partner. We implement and deliver health & safety requirements, cost management, design co-ordination, quality control and completion.
TEAM PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT
We create and foster a strong team culture on each development. This successfully leads and manages internal and external teams to ensure each development is delivered on time, within budget and to a high quality.
COUNCIL ENGAGEMENT
We ensure the development design sits within the council's planning rules, using negotiation and facilitation to deliver a client brief within the regulatory environment.
CLIENT AND STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT
We engage and build a strong rapport with the client and key stakeholders. This includes feasibility, risk management, cost management, design and build team partnerships, and quality delivery.
DRIVE PROCESSES

We will work with you to ensure we understand your key development outcomes so we can assist in achieving them.

We will implement a thorough review of the design process, to identify any improvements and issues, and ensure a detailed and co-ordinated design across all disciplines is achieved.

We will work alongside the architect, planner and associated parties to ensure the resource consent application is complete and pre-empting and mitigating key issues in a timely manner.

We will lead the design team, with contractor input if required, resolving issues to minimise future costs. This will lead to the building consent lodgement.

We will work with you and the contractor to finalise the budgets and procure the Main Contractor.

We will work with the project team through the construction phase. The level of involvement would depend on the contractors' engagement model.

We will engage and work with you on the most effective delivery method, to ensure we minimise compliance difficulties at completion, leading to settlements as early as possible.

We can manage a liquor license application on your behalf.

We have experience of working closely with Iwi trusts, and can help with iwi engagement and partnerships.
