We understand that the project is a residential 5-storey apartment building with semi-underground parking and a lower level below the parking as well. The development is adjacent to the estuary and includes large balconies. Generally, access to units is via an internal corridor.
​
At present, the facade design appears to be mostly clad in a rendered finish with external decorative items, and a natural stone entraceway. The roofing appears to be predominantly metal long run roofing.
