Sundance comprises of 100 apartments across seven levels. Andy was Development Manager of this development with forward works of sewer diversion, demolition, sheet piling, earthworks, programme, as well as authority approval, building permit application/approval and precast/cranage/access/TMP methodology. This included authority and utility service provider engagement, programming, preliminary costing inputs and methodology reviews.
