Andy was the site manager on the Metlifecare Retirement Village – 7 St Vincent’s Ave. This $18M flagship development, housed 42 high-end apartments and a 14 -bed care facility. The project was a five level, five star complex built on the rise of Remuera. or this development, Andy was a top 5 finalists for the 'NZ Institute of Building Awards for Excellence'.
