This site redevelopment was extremely challenging as the design and construction periods were reduced significantly. Despite these challenges, this high-quality development was handed over on time, to a high standard. Andy led and engaged all consultants, managed their briefs, reviewed and agreed the tender for the builder, and then managed the design co-ordination during the construction works on site. This involved all aspects of cost control working closely with the project QS.
