Andy was Project Manager of the design and construction methodology for this five storied, one basement, 41 apartment and two commercial tenancy development. This involved liaising and coordinating with the design team and various subcontractors on the successful implementation of top/down construction methodology. The procurement of key trades and budgeting was critical in ensuring a successful outcome. Andy developed the programme and also the sequencing of the job with elements such as piling, dewatering, floor pours, structural trades, scaffolding, traffic management, concrete pours, and crainage.
